What Our Members Say
The TBRA Broker Open Call was as productive as any broker call I have been on and arguably some local ICSC events. I was impressed that the participation count really never fluctuated by more than a couple of people. Which means that everyone stayed to listen to what everyone else had to say, as opposed to Tenant reps going first and falling off of the call before Landlord reps have a chance to present. Best part of the call is that I have one LOI that was sourced from this call and a second one in discussions. Can’t ask for more than that.

I want to congratulate all of you for creating this organization and the excellent continued interaction. Retail is a difficult part of commercial real estate in our area as the retail rents are some of the lowest for a growing city in the U S, and it takes real perseverance to stick with it. I found the Webinar very interesting and it was good to be able to put faces with names. I look forward to continuing to participate in the well thought out events.
